I am happy you are here. This is my story...

After many years as an HR manager, I reached burnout and knew I needed a change. My lifelong love for dogs guided me to a new path. I thought I knew everything about dogs because I had always lived with them, but working with them daily changed my perspective. I realized not every dog is “easy-going,” and dog care is more scientific than just being a pack leader.

Intrigued, I looked for advice online but struggled with contradictory information. So, I decided to take action and volunteered at dog shelters, a vet clinic, and worked at a dog hotel to gain experience in dog training. I was amazed by the complexity of dog communication and felt sorry for them not getting the understanding they deserve.

This reminded me of my own childhood, where I couldn’t express my feelings and just had to listen. I saw a similar struggle in the dogs I worked with, which deeply resonated with me.

My mission became clear: to help dogs and their owners understand each other. I began taking courses on dog behavior, emotions, and well-being.

Through this journey, I found my true calling. For the past seven years, I’ve helped pet parents worldwide live more harmoniously with their furry friends. Helping dogs and their owners brings immense joy and fulfilment into my life, and I’m honored to make a positive impact every day.

My game-changing approach...

I am a Passionate, Patient, and Persistent Pet-lover.  These few characteristics describe my approach to working with dogs.

I am a Certified Enrichment Provider and a Professional Dog Trainer following the latest science-based training techniques such a Game-Based Training.

Game-based dog training is a solution-focused approach, targeting the WHY behind the dog's behaviour, rather than suppressing the symptoms, leading to a truly remarkable behaviour transformation while training less!

I have a vast amount of experience including working with shelter dogs, rehabilitating dogs in vet clinics, and supervising a dog hotel.  However my best teachers have been my own rescue dogs.

Training through fun games shapes your dog's brain - and their behavior - by strengthening concepts such as confidence, impulse control, proximity, disengagement and calmness, and many more.  The more we reward the positive choices that our dog makes, rather than punishing the choices we don't want, the more we reinforce and strengthen the neural pathways in the brain (think of them as 'choice tunnels') that will lead to the good behavior being repeated in the future. So it teaches dogs to think and make good choices.

Play is more than fun, play is essential to cognitive, emotional, and physical development.

No matter what your training goals are, I’m here to help!
